How to Lose Tummy Fat Effectively
Tummy fat...Do you wear a lot of loose clothing to cover that tummy bulge? Do you prefer to wear something to cover your tummy bulge, instead of that swim suit that should show off your body?
These situations show that your self confidence needs boosting. Not only are you limiting yourself from doing activities you want to do, but you think of other people's opinion more because of what they see.
Reducing tummy flab needs two things you need to take note of...eating habits and physical exercise. Yes, you have heard of these things time and again...but, honestly, these are the only things you really need to focus on, if you want to get rid of your tummy flab.
Talking about eating habits does not mean you skip meals, or do drastic measures and go for the expensive route and hire a dietician. All you really need to do is to watch your food intake. If you are accustomed to eating one and half cups of rice per meal, you could cut back and do one cup for a couple of weeks, per meal. Once your body has adapted to this change, then you can cut back again, and go for a half cup of rice per meal. It really sounds easy, but it's not as easy as you think. Reading and thinking of the changes is...yes, easy, but starting and actually doing these changes are difficult. You are making changes to your food intake, so your body would 'let you know' about these changes, and might push you to eat more in between meals. If this is the case, always keep a ready stock of biscuits. Choose low fat biscuits, even those that are rich in fiber. They are good to have in between meals, and are very beneficial in cleaning your body on the inside.
So, for diet changes, always go slow. It is still believed that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but don't stuff yourself, and think you won't be eating lunch anymore, and go straight to dinner/supper. This is the right way to do it. It is not in skipping meals, or stuffing yourself in one meal. Eating proportionately is one thing that you need to be more conscious of as well.
Physical exercise is another thing that you have to take note of. You eat food so you can function properly. Have you tried doing those crash diets, wherein you won't eat for half a day, and just go for fruits? How did you feel? Woozy?
That is right! You eat food to sustain your body functions. But once you eat in excess, and your body has already consumed the part of food that your body needs, the excess food that is in your body will be made into fats. So to get rid of the excess food that is not needed by your body functions, you need to do more physical activity.
